Use of the tools

Don't misuse the scanners, attempt to reach private networks, or rely on a sample desk as if it were your live phone system.

What a pilot includes

Inbound calls and callbacks a customer already requested are in scope. Cold outbound calling is not.

The desk will not quote a price, promise a technician, or book a window outside 8–10, 10–12, and 12–2 unless a written setup says otherwise.

Voice minutes from the telephony provider are billed as usage. Unlimited minutes are not included.
