Technician dispatched
Every call is answered in your shop's name. Aria says it's a virtual assistant, takes the job details and requests a time window.
A clean ticket with the address, scope, priority and requested window lands where your office can read it.
Aria texts the caller a link for photos, so the estimate is based on what the job actually looks like.
An estimate built from your approved price list goes out by email, followed by a short “check spam” text.
The customer replies AGREE to approve the estimate. No app, no login.
The approved job goes to your technician with the notes and photos. Urgent calls go straight to your on-call person.
Handyman and small-trade shops with 1 to 10 techs who lose jobs to missed calls and slow estimates, plus shops that take work orders from property managers.
We write your call rules, price list and estimate templates with you, test them on sample calls, and go live together. You keep the final say on prices and schedules.
Monthly plans for the pilot. Call minutes and texting are set in your pilot agreement.

No. Every demo is a simulated call with a fictional customer and a fictional shop, voiced by AI text-to-speech. The steps it shows match the workflow we set up in a pilot.
No. KnightAgent is a managed pilot, not a self-serve app. We set up your phone number, call rules, price list and estimate templates with you, test them, and then go live together.
Estimates are built from the price list and rules your shop approves. In a pilot we recommend you review estimates before they go out until you trust the output. Anything outside your rules goes to a person.
We don't present it as one. Replying AGREE approves the estimate so the shop can schedule the work. If you need a signed contract for a job, keep using your own contract process.
It doesn't cold-call anyone, it doesn't diagnose a job it can't see, and it doesn't promise arrival times your office hasn't approved. Urgent calls go to your on-call person. It isn't a licensed contractor, it doesn't process payments, and it only works with integrations agreed during setup.
Aria marks the ticket urgent, gives the basic safety steps you approve (like closing a shut-off valve), and alerts your on-call person, who calls the customer back and decides on timing.
No. The pilot uses a simple ticket record your office can read. Connections to other tools are scoped during setup and only promised once tested.
Aria says it is a virtual assistant at the start of each call. Text messages only go to customers who called in and asked for service. Call-recording and texting rules depend on your state and are set up with you before launch.
