> KnightAgent is a managed AI receptionist and dispatch assistant for handyman and small-trade shops, sold by Knight Logics as a managed pilot (not self-serve). In a pilot, the assistant (Aria) answers inbound calls, files a ticket, texts for photos, emails an estimate built from the shop's approved price list, sends a check-spam reminder, accepts a reply of AGREE to approve, and hands the job to a technician. The demo on the site is a simulated call with a fictional customer. Pricing: Answer $149/mo; Estimate & Dispatch $349/mo + $500 setup (waived for the first 3 pilot shops); Managed Ops from $697/mo. It does not cold-call, process payments, or treat AGREE as a legal signature.
