If you send a form, we store the name, email, phone, plan, and message so someone can reply. The file lives on the application server.

What we skip

There is no advertising pixel and no sale of a mailing list. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers through the forms.

Calls and the sample desk

The sample desk runs in your browser. A transcript you type there is not uploaded.

A live pilot would record or transcribe only after a spoken notice, and only when that client turns recording on. Recording rules differ by state, so the notice is a setting, not a hard-coded Florida-only switch.
